I have my mods separated into each type and have had no issues.

Just don't leave your mods in \Paks. Put them in a subfolder.

In my Mods folder, mods are separated by modder.
As long as mods are in a subfolder of \paks, and not in \paks, it should be ok.

Foldering the mods makes them read by the game engine in a certain way. However it is good to categorize as to keep a clear visions what is what, especially if you don't know what mod every title is, then categorize. Those with over 100+ mods should categorize unless is a XLEX pro.

it's possible to create a folder pak?i mean, a directory and subdirectory already done it.. cause if i am new I DON'T know how to subdivide...? so all the comunity can use it ;). Some expert can just copy the tree of his subdirectory (obviously without the mod inside...) but I am sure he knows better than me... just to do some usefull things THANKS.

Do it as you like. :)
I subdivided by modders, some subdivide like CXL menu, others, alphabetically...
The important thing you have to remember: Don't put mods directly in the \Paks folder. It is STRONGLY advised to create a subfolder.
