    Hello everyone,

I have a problem with the viewer of 3Ds Max. An error message is displayed when I want to export a model. I don't understand what's happening. Everything worked fine in January, when I released my latest mod. Even my published mods no longer work when I try to export them to the viewer.

I uninstalled then reinstalled 3DS Max and the Artist Suite but nothing helps. The same error message is displayed. I suspect an anomaly in the Building Controls but I have not found despite several attempts to update. I despair of finding the solution. I hope someone will have an idea to help me.

It was late when I sent the previous message. I forgot to upload an image and details of this error message.

Here is it. I'm not sure it can be helpful as it's in french. Maybe my compatriot @Drazicdesign
Details are below, in the spoiler.

I'm afraid I won't be able to do modding anymore if I can't fix that.

I am sorry but I have no idea.
However, have you tried to reinstall "Microsoft Net framework"

Thanks for the answer. I verified my framework version and it's up to date.
It seems that the problem is elsewhere.
