----------1C - Then on the windows explorer open this CITIES XXL file
C:\Users\Yourname\AppData\Local\focus home interactive\Cities XXL

Copy all the folders and files from this directory. (highlighted in red) Then paste them in a new folder, which you will find later if necessary (for example, this folder contains all your city backups)


----------1D - Now launch the game. Normally it should launch the Splash Screen and stop. This is normal, we have deleted files and he is not happy.
