Transportation Monorail for XL 1.2

When i put the monorail station it appears a grey colour in the map.

Just what I wanted! A monorail to make my city look nicer instead of the Metro that are hidden underground (unless you raise them up and build bridge but that would look terrible).

Very cool mod. But I have to ask: Does the monorail actually reduce traffic congestion?
