Washington Park, Inspired by Golden Gate Park in San Francisco
The city fathers are proud of the first formal park in Skamania, inspired by Golden Gate Park in San Francisco. There are now four cultural museums located within the park boundary. The city is especially thankful to the Japanese government for supplying classic oriental trees for the formal grounds surrounding the museums. They are truly a city if not national treasure.
