    Sorry for the 5 hours of downtime this evening. Seems the external USB hard drive used to store website backups is failing intermittently after a year running. The failing external drive has been replaced and the old one sent to the computer graveyard.

    When i was uploading an icon file to the thread it suddenly return to the last page..

    I think it's about Xoute's "Green Coat" map. There's no icon for this resource.

    Went to go make a news post, I but can't create new threads. This is happening to at least one other person as well. New threads appear under the "Latest" tab on the forum listings but is nowhere else to be found.

    Not sure what to say, what you describe is what a person NOT logged in sees. To see new posts the system needs to know who you are

    We are logged in, but we can't create new threads. When you create a new thread an error page appears and the thread is not created. Still it shows in the chat activity and as the latest thread created, even if it's not there:

    Logging out and back in didn't seem to help, but in any case, the problem might have fixed itself; I'm able to create new threads again.

    You only have edit and delete permission in your own project thread in projects subforum forever
    Your Other posts in other forums you can only edit for 15 or 30 minutes (cant remember exactly)

    You can edit your threads for 60 minutes after posting. Resources totally different. No time limit for the "owner" of the resource

    just realized we dont have a "faq" here on xln to answer most asked questions like "how to install mods, my game crashes, post logs, what do i need to start modding / get mods running, cxl/xxl mods, dependencys, and so on..."
    should be easily accessable via home site, think it could be helpful..
    whats your opinion about that? useful/doable or not? just an idea :p

    There are mods out there for Xenforo that would support that idea, the problem is I dont have time to manage it so unless some one steps up and volunteers I dont think it will happen
