    Isn't that just in-game? It should be under roads > highways > highway connectors or something like that (at least if you have installed the User Interface Mod).

    Yea haha that's why I wanted to add them back to the game but I cannot find them bcs the Pharmists links for download don't work anymore

    They might not work in XXL. Maybe FHI took them out for a reason.

    It's supposed to be a T4 office building (special density). I'm not sure which mod you need, though, I've never actually used it :). You may need the "unlock all buildings" cheat which can be found in the cheat menu of the UIM, or you need the clean unlocker (http://xlnation.city/resources/clean-unlocker.458/).
