this is breathtaking, how long does it take you to get such good detail

 

I'd suggest something double barreled. anything with "New", colors, landmarks, things like Newport, Red lake, Auckland, Greymouth, Belfast, Wakefield, Foxport

You may recognize that the buildigns do have some structural features in common

 

Archeological site? but the city is supposed to be contemporary with Aztec ^^ I know some buildings are too modern or too "spanish" but there is no appropriate mod for an aztec city (even if Jakarta pack looks quite nice and old enough i think) xD However, I will make lost towns in the jungle..
Btw, i wonder what kind of town you will build but i like the elevated bus road

 

Ah, okay, now I understand I thought it was supposed to be a modern city with an ancient center.

@solo thx yeah building is great by itself but adding reflection to the windows makes whole new level

@nicknick ty man ! Appreciate your comment Yeah graffity on the walls are edited, but its actually very easy, just "clone stamp " them from another picture.

What about building in Cities Skylines?
I made the map and the square represents borders where I can build.
Will I be disqualified?

 

You could try this city name generator City and Town Name Generator for RPGs and Writers

It allows you to pick a country data set to generate the names, so you can get random names that have some sort of 'flavour' of the country you choose. Click on generate button until you find something you like.

If your city is going to be Californian, Spanish names may be very suitable since a lot of them are usually Spanish or even mixed, like Laguna Woods or La Habra Heights. Names with origin in words from native american languages are fairly common in Washington and Oregon, but not as much as in the East Coast.
