Which one of us will have the most polluted city?

I built my city in the same place.
And I also at the top right of the screen a highway bridge very similar to yours.

 

do you think I will have a chance with my industrial area to win the most polluted city?

 

Honestly my city just got more industrial and more mid-90's than I had planned...
I'm sure both your cities will amaze us all, @Drazicdesign and @Project_Oz...

I don't think I will be up for the competition guys, I have been busy like hell, and it's been a while since I have played XXL. However, I follow your creations with a great enthusiasm!

 

Sorry, @Drazicdesign, but I have had 50-hours-weeks only the recent month (I guess you have noticed the lack of comments made by me ), so there has not been any noteworthy progress

But I will proceed with the city in any case

 

@Drazicdesign i think you discouraged others when you posted you city photos hahaha

 

Well, even if the city is not totally built you may be able to participate with what is already done.
In any case I hope so.

I too would have liked to do more and better,
But I am sorely lacking time to do more

You could simply have suggested another map this time. You could have opened a thread, but now you indirectly complain about the map... I have had enough of that shit! You guys always want others to accept what you wish for, but if there is just a small sign of objection, you start crying.

Suggest a map yourself next time, I won't do that anymore.

Oh, but think about the following: not too much open area, interesting AND generic terrain but not too difficult to play (terraforming), several options for airports, ports, such that people can be creative and such that it won't be too monotonous...

Oh, it's time consuming to find something?

I love the custom-made little islands, and the fields are perfectly embedded into the environment.
I would prefer some more closer shots, though, maybe with the viewpoint onto the city and where you don't show that much empty areas

And I hope to see some City Journals afterwards

@kipate thank you. If I have time, maybe I can change the pictures with closer shots and less empty area
and after the competition I will post more close-up pictures. But after I finish a city, started very long ago, I want to go on cities xxl and nok will never be finished for a cj.

Project_Oz's submission is great. I love the scale, the uniformity and this is a very persuasive / realistic medieveal town, one of the most realistic we have seen here in XLN
