    Cuz I found nothing in this pic is special so I have no idea about this place. Keep guessing can not help us, we need a clue (may be the church in the back?)

    That Church is sooo European, guys, c'mon, you will also get that city.
    I have not looked at it for long, but try to start with the traffic signs to get the country.
    Then it may probably not be that hard anymore.
