EDIT: Sorry. I forgot that my city has a population too small to count for the rules.

 

I now have a picture of a city that meets the criteria. I visit this city every once in a while though I spend most of my time in the nearby suburbs (where I live and go to college)

 

Is it Spokane, Washington?

 

It is not Spokane. I might as well give another hint even though it will probably give it away: this city used to be known for its industry.

Found it! The first one is Gig Harbor, WA... This view is from Fuller Street

 

Gig Harbor, WA is the first picture but I apologize for breaking the rules because Gig Harbor has a population under 10,000 and in order to qualify, the city has to have a population of at least 100,000. I don't know if 1 person can have 2 cities but I think it should be OK for you to go and for someone else to figure out the second city (which qualifies).
