I like very much the 2nd and 3rd pictures. The hudge boulevard on the left and the trees you placed along some other roads give a nice effect, it is looking like French cities. Also the small harbours everywhere and parks along the water look nice, that is for sure a city center I would like to live in!

What are the name of the mods of the mods you are using for the boats? I already have the "sailboats & yatch " one but only have sailboats. I see many more types on your 2nd screenshot, don't you mind telling me which other one it is?

There are modes you asked:
Ploppables - Sail Boats Yacht
and this unlocks Titanic and navy aircraft ship:
Changes - Blueprints as decoration
/ or XXL version Changes - Blueprints as decorations (XXL)
in this pack contains 3 new ships:
Ploppables - Pack beach - XL / XXL
there is submarine:
Ploppables - Submarine
there is large cruiser ship:
Buildings - Cruise Ship
and finally there is pack with many boats:
CXL - Ploppable boats - Update
And modular harbor pack contains large tankers and cargo ships.

Everything works on my CXXL.
