No matter what I do, I can`t fix the problem. In the viewer the mod shows too small as well. So here is a screen of all the 3ds Max-settings. After I changed the units and the grid I did reset the X Form: Select all lods - utilities - reset selected, and then modify - select xform - collapse

I did it :) The problem was that I did the model with system units set to inches and changed it to meters afterwards. So the model wasn`t to scale in CXXL. The solution for everybody interested: Select all lods - rescale world units by a factor of 2.54 (inches to meters) - reset xform. Done.

@wildii These are all cool ideas. I hope you can do whatever you need to do with your notebook. Besides, these southwestern US houses make me think of the show Breaking Bad. Then, there's your new profile picture of Better Call Saul... Double whammy! Nice

Today I found some time to work on my project. The result: building number four is finished - without furnitures though. I`ll do that in the last step :)

Boring as fuck... I love it :)
Seriously, the textures are very good! Maybe you could split it into a version with moderate climate (green lawn, more trees) and one with dry climate (green-yellow lawn, fewer trees)? Of course, it is up to you, maybe I am just getting too close to radical ultra-realism (oh no, I said the radical... -ism word)...

Haha, yeah :) Thank you. I also toyed with the idea of changing the ground texture to a desert-version, adding cactus and so on. But I decided to stick with the green lawn version for now.

    Straight outta Compton ...

My Suburban-Homes-Pack is developing - slowly, but constantly. Five buildings are done so far. Furnitures come in a last step. Lately I changed the roof- and ground-textures of the first two mods. It adds realism and the mods blend in with the other buildings. Here are some screens. Enjoy!

Thank you for your comments :) Today I finished building #6 and I did a recolored version of every single mod. So most of the work is done. Now I have to think about some nice furnitures to spice them up.

Can the furniture randomly assort, like it does on the Mississauga home pack?

They assort randomly? I didn`t know that`s possible. But I will place the furnitures individually. Btw are there more air-conditioner as furnitures available? And is it difficult to create them yourself? Furnitures appear over all Lods correct?

I did a blank housing plot for the suburb-pack - with a small shed ;)
