    Thanks all :)
I just experienced a strange problem. The textures on the sides of the model look blurry, but the front and back are just fine. Anybody got a clue on this? gamescreen0016.jpg

EDIT: Don`t mind this. I just found my mistake, think something went wrong with the lightmap

Thanks. But I found two bugs in the model and I can`t figure out what the problem is. Can some experienced modder please take a look at the max-file maybe? First, one textured polygon disappears when zooming out to the L3. Second, at the night view some textures ("walls") partly glow in a purple color. I think it is, again, a problem with the lightmap.

If someone is willing to inspect the model, that would be awesome. Please PM me and I`ll send you the file.

about the first one: maybe the normals are flipped? hmm... just an idea.. at least a lightmap shouldnt cause a disappearing polygon
the second one is easy to fix: export your model to cxl viewer, dont save and exit the viewer again, export it again to cxl viewer and finally save your sgbin file.

No, you don't need to export two times, just don't turn or rotate or mouse look the model. After exporting immediately save, then you can look around your model

Ok, so the second problem is fixed. But there is still the bug with the black polygon. I flipped and adjusted the normals, UV-mapped it again...nothing. It looks perfectly normal in 3dsmax, but in the viewer the texture just turns black, as I zoom out to L3. In the L4 again it shows correctly

hmm..maybe it was somehow mapped to a black area on Your lightmap texture, well that if it was mapped

You`re right, it`s definitely a problem with the lightmap. But the polygon isn`t mapped to a black area. I have redone the LM two times and even left the problematic polygon out of the lightmap. The result is the same everytime. I don`t know how to solve it. Not a clue :(
