Ah, good tip on the fire satisfaction. Didn't know that about the traffic. But it makes sense.
I'm still to finish the public transport system. I just have some bus lines in that area i've shown. So i hope things can improve once it's finished.
You'right abut the diagonal and the east/west roads. But let's see the result after placing some bus lines in there. That area it's not finished in terms of public transport. Same goe for the left side of the picture.

LOL. Actually i tend to think about this caracther as a former dictator. But a fictional one!
And the thunders represent it's temper!
